Naia completed her yoga teacher training in February 2021. Yoga is a way for her to release stress, anxiety and worry and welcome in space for a better and more intentional life. She has been practicing yoga for 3 years. In her training she studied mostly vinyasa along with hatha and yin yoga. Her classes focus on releasing things that are no longer serving you and welcoming in the life you deserve and desire.
