Cara Griffin


Cara believes in the power of breath and bare feet. Through her experience in a variety of yogic disciplines, she inspires others to explore a path of physical and emotional resilience For over a decade, she has been sharing the art of asana and the power of pranayama. For Cara, teaching Yoga is about serving humanity, and practicing love above all else.

Cara holds certifications in Vinyasa, Baptiste, Kids Yoga, HIIT, Barre, Pregnancy, and Restorative yoga. She practices Vipassana meditation, and is a certified Pranic Healer. She’s designed curriculum and taught as a yoga professor at universities, in corporate settings, and hosted numerous workshops.

Cara’s pride and joy is her community project called Last Call Yoga, est. 2009, Last Call Yoga advocates for non-profits and has donated thousands for disaster relief, yoga teacher trainings, and community causes. Find out more on her website,

Cara is grateful to have had the opportunity to be influenced by incredibly gifted instructors such as David Keil, Kathryn Budig, Baron Baptiste, Faith Hunter, Dharma Mittra, Miles Borrero, Dr. Vasant Lad, BKS Iyengar, Pattabi Jois, Christina Sell, Kelley Boyd, Shelley Lowther, and Rodney Yee. She brings inspiration from Iyengar, Ashtanga, Baptiste, and Jivamukti, into her teaching.
